Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with the exception of custom work, which may require additional processing time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Verdant Reverie ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We primarily ship via standard ground shipping through USPS, UPS, or similar carriers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us at hello@verdantreverie.com before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
Delivery Estimates
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods such as the holiday season.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@verdantreverie.com and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note: once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Verdant Reverie is not responsible for transit delays.
Gift Packaging
Gift wrapping is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping payment to resend.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

exchanges
Because our products are often one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities, direct exchanges are not always possible.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us — if a comparable item is available, we’ll gladly accommodate. Otherwise, we may suggest a return and repurchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Final Sale items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local carrier.
Verdant Reverie is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, though we’ll do our best to help you navigate next steps.
